Our expert appraisal process

Step 1: Expert analysis in your plant

• • One of our experts will visit your plant to run diagnostics of the machines to retrofit
  • The appraisal can cover the whole machine or a specific part (e.g. replacement of a controller)
  • You are aware of the issue(s) to resolve and together we define the work to be carried out

Step 2: Appraisal report

• • Once our diagnostics are complete, a detailed report is provided, indicating all the points to rectify

Step 3: Cost estimate (quote)

• • A detailed proposal is provided
  • You are free to entrust us with all or any part of the work

Step 4: Execution of work

• • We define a schedule for the work together
  • Our service is delivered in accordance with the specifications
  • Once the work is complete, the machine and its moulds are tested in production
  • Technical acceptance tests to validate end of works
